10 years spent in Switzerland between 1965 and 1975, over twenty-five years spent on American cruise ships such as Royal Caribean and Holland America, not to mention the beginning on board of the Italian “Compagnia di Navigazione” based in Genoa, Society that made the history of navigation elite as they were the first class of ships which were called "Vulcania" "Saturnia" Cristoforo Colombo "Leonardo da Vinci, and finally Michelangelo and Raffaello which had nothing to envy, indeed , the current mega cruise ships with more than 3,000 passengers on board, but above all the joy of traveling the world to discover new ports and new locations!
My definitive return to Italy in 2005 and the differences in our national reality made up of a Society in disarray where meritocracy does not exist and where it continues to put people not suited to their role in the work.
The various opportunities to improve certain conditions, destroyed by those who do not want to change arbitrarily choosing mediocrity.
To incidents that could end a career, that gave me an 'enormity of satisfaction, but risked being compromised because of events dictated against the logics of individual skills, that the good work was supposed to represent, and above "La Casta" which, with its absurdities by using it continuously kills the well-being only for their intended purpose!
