Foster approaches this poetry collection as envisioned through his own experiences of the light and the dark trials and tribulations, intimately casts the topics written as inspired characters whom represent struggle and conquest.

A keen warersports enthusiast and herpetologist, raised in a small countryside town and moved closer to the coast to finish school. After a premature sub-aqua diving injury was in and out of various careers until a psychological breakdown after relationship difficulties led into a path of therapy, where poetry became an outlet.
