Dr. Driver is an experienced academic scholar, retired naval officer, entrepreneur, trainer, evangelist, and consultant. He holds a PhD in administration and management from Walden University and a doctorate of ministry (DMin) from Trinity Theological Seminary. His commitment to training church leadership has led him to write books and produce courses that will help improve church administration and management. Dr. Driver is president and founder of Tommy Lee Driver Ministries (TLDM), senior consultant and coach for Panther Professional Services, and a graduate and doctoral professor developing and teaching courses on management, ethics, leadership, finance, process improvement, health-care administration, and business administration.   


Dr. Driver believes that the church has the solution to the problem of overcoming prejudice in the church.
It is called “Expressive Love.”  
His unique approach teaches churches and organizations that through Jesus Christ’s demonstrative expressive love, the barriers of prejudice can be broken. By this, building bridges of racial reconciliation can be accomplished by every person, including the local church.
