Then Saint Mary sends the girl back and forces her to live in the wild forest alone as a punishment, where she is found by a local king. But Our Lady still wants the girl to confess, and keeps punishing her for being so stubborn. This is a wonderful sample of a folk tale and an edifying story for children.
