The organs of government are the three parts of government that perform special constitutional functions in the State.
This being so, the legislature is an organ that makes laws.
The executive is an organ that executes laws.
The judiciary is an organ that interprets laws and punishes lawbreakers.
It is therefore necessary that the various organs of government shall efficiently perform their respective constitutional functions.
If they do otherwise, the government of the day will be weakened.
And if they continue to perform poorly for some time, there shall be a new government around the corner or a revolution imminent in such State.
