Organization and Administration in Physical Education

There are very few principles of physical education administration that have been less adequately applied than have those that deal with the planning and construction of buildings to house the program. The large number of inadequate physical education buildings, even on university campuses, is material evidence of this fact. Several factors have contributed to this condition.
