Her newest released book, One Small Voice is a collection of Marcia's articles about ageism at work, in advertising, at your favorite department store, in Hollywood, even in our own minds and in our own bedrooms. Ageism is rampant and we need to turn this around and celebrate aging and recognize what our life experiences and wisdom can bring to the table.
