My Brothers Keeper

Seneca Wilson was eleven years old when her brother, Anthony Johnson, was sent to prison for two years. A bright eyed, blond curled baby forced to grow up with the help of some boys from around. She must take on the hassle of not only raising her niece but to also help her ex-heroine addicted mother. As the years passed, she wrote letters to him explaining whats been happening. One of the boys she lives with, Deonte, helps out with the 'big boy bills' and is also like a big brother to her. Today is the day Anthony will be getting out but something doesn't seem so happy about it. She was always told not to trust anyone and thru her short life she realizes none of it had to do with her. A warm story about a brother and his sister and how strong that bond actually is.
