This is my fifth book in a series of meditation books. This book deals with our mental thoughts and processes. Our mind is a powerful tool that can be used to change how we feel and react. Learn to use your thoughts in a more positive way. Each of my books is about different aspects of meditation and how it relates to the individual person. It is simple to read and is a guide on how to approach the process of meditation while dealing with different topics. Each book builds on the previous book.
