McLaughlin International is a subcontractor for the Department of Defense located in Albuquerque, NM. The routine contracts pay the bills, but the one that McLaughlin's cofounders, Tom McLaughlin, Kristen Dahl and Rusty Langston, were most interested in was the highly classified project code named "Marvin."
