It's been a long wait, but it's finally here- another section in the tale of Bambi and the humanoid dragon that took her as a mate, Kyern. Months have passed, a sultry spring leading into a steamy summer, and Bambi finds herself settling into a rough-and-tumble routine with her powerful partner. Thoughts linger on her mind, of having to go back to boring civilization and doing something with her research. Kyern makes sure, in the best way possible, to give her something to really look forward to upon her return...
This story is a short, compact 3,329 words long.

You're all hot from laying in the sun like that. How do you even stand it?" She complained, though even just that had spread some of that warmth through her. Kyern was impossible to resist. She wasn't sure if it were pheromones or something else to do with the way his kind bonded, or something else, but she could never tell him no...
