And now, she was just settling back down off her toes again from our hug and kiss hello, but she still had her hands on my shoulders and was looking up at me.  "Like the outfit?" she asked me, her tone impish.
I looked at her.  She was wearing a tight spaghetti strap blouse of some sort that left her shoulders and most of her boobs bare, and really tight  shorts that pretty clearly outlined her pudenda.  She saw me looking and stepped back, preening.
"Turn around," I said.  She nodded and turned around, slowly, showing off for me.  She was blushing, but obviously enjoying herself, too.  The shorts did not quite cover her asscheeks fully – they were a style that was called 'running shorts' or 'bike shorts' and they left the lower half inch or so of their wearer's asscheeks bare.  Women only wore them for a couple of months, that I recall, and they've never come back into fashion, which is a real pity, I think.
Her legs were a little chunky, but I enjoyed looking at them, all the way down to the red sneakers she was wearing without socks.  Her blue eyes were dancing behind her little glasses.
"Lovely," I said.  "Very sexy.  Thank you."
She stood on tip toes again and gave me a quick 'mWAH' on the mouth.  "No, thank YOU for meeting me," she said, tucking her arm through mine.  "Now I know you're in a relationship so I'm not expecting you to ask me to marry you or anything but I am really delighted to have a chance to see you.  I have been thinking of you and I've missed you."
"I've missed you, too," I said.  We were walking kind of aimlessly and slowly towards the main doors to the museum.  "So... does Ed know you're here?"
"Ed doesn't need to know all my business," she said, waspishly.  "Does Kathi know YOU'RE here?"
"Nope," I said.
She smiled up at me and rubbed her cheek against my arm.  "Good," she said.  "Then we understand each other."
She shot a coy look up at me.  “Um,” she said.  “So... did the outfit work?”
“Do I want to take it off you immediately, you mean?” I asked her back, grinning.
“Uh huh,” she said.
“Well, yeah,” I said.  “Here, hold still.”  I reached over and slid one of the spaghetti straps off her shoulder.  I expected her to playfully bat my hand away and say something like 'Behave!' but instead she just stood there, trembling a little.
“You're not going to stop me?” I asked, glancing around.  No one was looking at us, but we were right out in public.
“Nuh uh,” she said, her voice soft and a little bit nervous sounding.  “I'm not going to stop you from doing anything you want.”
“I like that,” I said.  I leaned down and kissed her mouth and nibbled her lower lip for ten seconds or so.  She moaned and put her arms around my neck and pushed her soft, sexy body against me while I did it.
“I... I'm glad you like it,” she said, finally, after I took my mouth off hers.  “I like you.”
“I'm getting that impression,” I said, slipping a hand into the top of her blouse and taking one soft, full breast into my palm, squeezing it gently.
Then I took my hand back out and pushed her strap back up on her shoulder. "So," I said, "show me this museum."
"Yes sir," she said, looking relieved and disappointed at the same time.  She turned and began walking by my side, head on my shoulder, once again.  "So, did you really miss me?  I've seen a picture of Kathi, she's pretty!"
"She is," I said.  "But you're prettier, and she doesn't swallow."
