The 1st 1/2 of booklet is a condensed version of Machiavelli's "The Prince". The 2nd 1/2 is what I call random rabble and may be interesting/humorous to some readers.
The condensed version of "the Prince" does not include all of the references to the events of the time (500 years ago) as examples of evidence supporting the statements made, I have only used one example of modern times because I believe most people are pretty darn smart and figure out things for themselves.
the second part is just things people do not usually think about but may make conversation starters.
