"Gwenna eyed the tall man as he eye balled her insolently. There was something about him that grated on her nerves and she had absolutely no idea what it was. It definitely wasn't his body, he had the physique of a rugby player, and it was delicious, if you went for that sort of thing. And it wasn't his hazel eyes or dark blonde hair either. Well, if she was honest, it was probably a combination of all three, the man was just too good looking for his own good. Then there were the eyes too and the way they were ogling her up and down like she was prime meat."

Gwenna Lloyd is half fairy, half human. She is sweet but has a wild streak. She is not willing to let any man dominate her and until she meets the man who is her equal, she's happy to remain single.

Aidan Murray, also a fairy, is a powerful man and he does not have time for love. Busy expanding his multi-million dollar business, women are simply diversions. They are useful for the odd film premiere or for a satisfactory night.

Gwenna is a photographer who is gradually becoming famous for her photos of the beautiful Welsh landscape. Invited to exhibit her pictures in a gallery in Dublin, she meets Aidan and falls helplessly for him.

Aidan, With his huge build and beguiling dark eyes, he is the epitome of tall dark and handsome and has never met any woman who could resist him, until he meets Gwenna Lloyd.
