Picture this. You, huffing and puffing your way up three floors of stairs tugging, pulling and pushing a heavy wooden table. Finally, you make it to your floor, slide it down the hallway to your apartment and with the help of your best friend to cram it through the narrow doorway, man!

Exhausted, you flop down on the sofa. Your BFF sits down next to you and says, "Okay, where are you going to put it?" "Um, er, I'm not sure yet," you reply. She looks at you like you are absolutely nuts and says "WHAT?"

Yep, you've done it again. You've managed to drag one more item that you don't really need into a space that is already overflowing with other "stuff." Yeah, sure it looked really cool when you saw it at the thrift store. The "find" of the century, right?

While you are pondering your latest acquisition, your friend says she has to leave to prepare for the party you both are supposed to attend for a co-worker tonight. Your response, "Yikes, I totally forgot!" Opening your calendar you see that it's just one on a long list of "Stuff To Do" today.

Okay, maybe we are being just a bit dramatic here, but maybe not. In today's society we seem to try to cram more stuff and more activities into smaller and smaller containment.

It doesn't matter that whether it's physical "stuff" or "time."

Do We Really Need More Stuff?

It's no wonder we are burnt out, stressed out and ready to crawl into a hole, assume the fetal position and just tell the world to go away! Don't you wish it was just that easy?

Don't you wish that you could wiggle your nose like Elizabeth and make everything go away? Oops, sorry probably the wrong generation. Regardless the premise is the same.

It appears that we have created a lifestyle that requires we must do, be and have more!
More of what? Everything! It's everywhere you turn. Unless you live in a Tibetan monastery that is pretty much the attitude of folks today.

What would happen if you could actually "Live Simpler and Stress Free?" Well, actually you can. And it may not be as painful as you might think. We can show you how.

Knowing you need to change is one thing, doing it is another.
Ask yourself these three questions:

  1. What if you knew that you can live a stress-free life?
  2. What if you can have a healthier lifestyle?
  3. What if you knew how to throw out the rubbish in your life?

You can and we'd like to show you just how simple it is. So what should you do to get

started? You need our comprehensive guide, "Live Simpler and Stress Free."

What you will learn . . .
- Learn how to invest in yourself..
- Find out about what is making you sad.
