Lil Joshua and Lil Mohammed: Exercise and Eat Right is a book written in response to the growing epidemic that we commonly refer to as childhood obesity. This is a problem facing our children all over the world, and for that reason, as a world community, we must band together to combat this very serious problem. In order to effectively combat this epidemic, we must actively seek solutions. We cannot just acknowledge the problem then do nothing. Its often said that the children are our future. If thats the case, its imperative that we provide our children with every competitive advantage imaginable. There is no better competitive advantage than to be mentally and physically healthy. Join Lil Joshua and Lil Mohammed in their fight against childhood obesity and their global efforts to make this world a better place. Christian Muhammed is not an author but a movement led by Armstard Waldon, a married retiree living in the Midwest. Mr. Waldon is of the opinion that if we all work together, we can bring some harmony and peace to a world that desperately needs it. Christian Muhammed will provide the world with a series of childrens books that deal with a plethora of issues unique to our children. All of the books will feature Lil Joshua and Mohammed. The name Christian Muhammed may seem somewhat paradoxical, but its not. Its just a name that symbolizes the possibility of peace. We at Christian Muhammed hope that the world community aids us in establishing a movement that will last for generations to come.
