What are Millennials thinking? I've heard this question asked in many different forms and fashions. The stark difference between Millennials and previous generations is so blatant, questions echo across the world as past generations try to understand this phenomenon. After over a decade of working with Millennials, I have compiled Biblical principles and valuable experiences that can help the previous generations better connect and lead the next generation into their destiny. It's not too late to help shape a generation. There's so much to be learned from all generations! In this book you will learn how to better understand the next generation. In doing so you will be able to empower them to accomplish their purpose, and in turn, help the world accomplish its destiny. You will receive insight into what makes them "tick" and how to give them the best "incubator" to discover what they were created for. This is a handbook geared towards helping all influencers play their role, while recapturing a generation, and changing the world. The Old Testament ends with God giving us two choices: for fathers and sons to reconcile, or God to punish the Earth with a curse. I have written this book with the intention of giving us the tools to reconcile the generations. The future of the world depends on it.
