In recent times a lot of books have been written about leadership and what it takes to become a successful leader. So why write another book on the same subject?
Most of these books have been based on research conducted in the west. While they contribute significantly to our understanding of what makes a successful leader, at times one is left wondering whether the attributes that make leaders so successful in the west are equally significant and relevant in developing countries such as Pakistan.
