This funny and practical book shows how humor can help us know who we are, how to live well, and why "saints" can laugh a lot. Humor is an important and often overlooked part of the spiritual life. And often, people use humor in ways that seem to be disconnected from their faith. In many practical ways, this book explores the question, "What would happen if our humor were to grow out of our dearest values?" It shows how humor can help us discover ourselves, how we can walk cheerfully day to day, and how we can use humor in reading Scripture, in growing to maturity in ordinary Christian living, and in coming to know deeply the fullness of God's love and joy.
