Four-year-old Nellie St. Clair is abducted in the midst of a crowd of thousands at a Canada Day celebration. The child seemingly disappears without a trace, and there is no clue as to her whereabouts. Or is there? Dozens of people see little Nellie St. Clair with her kidnappers.
