Christianity is often labeled as a religion but through Christ it is so much more. Christianity offers the unique opportunity to have a relationship with God, to dwell on the other side of the veil and to be in God's presence. That is the basis of my poetry, insight from God, led by the Holy Spirit. I do not claim to be anything more than a born again believer through Christ Jesus. Therefore, the anointing of the Holy Spirit is my credential that makes my poetry authentic. It is my prayer that these poems will connect with your spirit and help stir up the fire that dwells within you. For those that do not know Christ as your personal Lord and Savior it is also my prayer that through these poems you will come to repentance and accept Jesus in your hearts. Many of these poems verify the power and new outlook we receive when we accept Christ in our lives. Christ states that "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." The poems contained in Kingdom Vernacular demonstrate the abundant life of Christ, not in material but in the power of a transformed mind. If new life and being endued with power from up on high appeals to you, then you will connect with Kingdom Vernacular: Born Again Poetry. God Bless.
