It's true our Jack spent some years in a 'Daft School', but whether that was as a teacher or an inmate is anyone's guess. This is his story, as told -as a screenplay- to Mike P Greenwood.

England, some time ago; and they have just changed all the money around, so that the people can pay the new prices without realising they are being over-charged

As the Final Test draws to a close at Lord's, a potential scandal at a boys' boarding school is resolved during the course of some games of cricket, after Her Majesty's Inspector of schools was sent to save the Government from possible embarrassment as they plan the abolition of the HMI in favour of the new Office of Standards.

Did anything like this really happen? Or is this just another of Jack's Tall Stories?
