If Bible believers today would review ancient Israel's past to find out if there is such a thing as salvation today, they would realize that God's character is more important than Israel's eminence.

So the fundamental point for us to grasp here is that ancient Israel's prominence was dependent on its role as "a kingdom of priests and a holy nation." But if we confine God's revelation of His presence and righteous rule to the Jews or to the Land of Israel alone, we will not understand the fulfillment of the mystery of godliness "which was preached to every creature which is under heaven" and was "believed on in the world" (1 Timothy 3:16; Colossians 1:23).

Now, in our search for truth, are we going to establish an "Israel Only" mindset and invite all to "go up" to Jerusalem "year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles"?
