At some point in our lives, most (if not all) of us dig a deep hole for ourselves by abusing the use of credit cards, which adversely affects our credit and the quality of our lives. Another point to note is that your credit determines if you will get a job or a promotion. An example of this is men and women in the military who must repair their credit in order to get their security clearance for a higher position. These men and women are sometimes already performing the duties but are not getting the pay for the job that they are doing.
