Rat is back in town. On his way from the Federal Penitentiary to nowhere in particular, he's only stopped in his home town of Beaver Springs to bury some old memories. But old memories and old ghosts sometimes don't always rest easy. Rat is finally offered everything he ever wanted from life. All he has to do is take it like a man and claim his inheritance.
