The National Guard is called out to keep the peace the governor and state senators are in a panic, with earthquakes fires floods and other natural disasters there has not been anything as devastating as this literally crippling the entire state without electricity gasoline was another thing that was now no longer available and there would soon be food shortages a lack of electricity quickly taking its toll upon the entire state.
