• Original production was a collaboration between Yale Repertory Theatre in Connecticut and La Jolla Playhouse in California, beginning at Yale Rep in October 2015 and moving to La Jolla Playhouse in November. The play received its Off-Broadway premiere at The Vineyard Theatre in the spring of 2016, where the run was extended and received great critical acclaim.
