This book is also about making the non-Christians as mad as hell.
And making the Christians as happy as heaven.
By getting the Christians to appreciate their salvation.
Jesus is not weak.
He didn’t just ask us.
“Will you believe in me?”
He told us to believe in him.
What is wrong with giving the non-Christians a bit of a hurry up?
They think it’s funny.
We already know about the seriousness of our salvation.
And we give God the credit for waking us up when we got saved.
Now it’s time to wake ourselves up.
And once again focus on our great decision.
Why keep the good news to ourselves.
If we can revive our valuation of our salvation.
Then the non-Christians might be stirred in their hearts.
They might get curious.
They need a bit of “High Voltage Christianity”.

Introduction:
I have tried to move away from, “trusting in ourselves” type of Christianity.
From praying harder and faster.
From going to every meeting under the sun.
From emptying our pockets and our minds.
I want to dig around and re-discover our Christian inheritance.
An inheritance that we received because someone died.
I have heard the message that,” I should do more.”
A thousand times.
Most sermons these days are about what we should do.
About what we, “have or haven’t done”.
I have done that style of Christianity for over 30 years.
It’s good.
But good is the enemy of the best.
The best is not ahead, it is behind.
It has happened.
And we have forgotten what we needed to remember.
The day of our salvation needs to be revisited.
The wonder and glory need to be restored.
We were non-Christians once.
Let us keep our hearts open as we take a little journey back to the day it all happened.
