They want to study the giant Galapagos Tortoise that lives only on these islands and nowhere else in the world.
My parents like to study animals by watching them and gathering information that way, but since I can talk to animals I like to ask them questions about themselves and learn that way.
My dog and my best friend, Goldie, and I are going to have an adventure. We're going to find one of these tortoises and interview him so that we can learn about them, too.
My parents say that these tortoises are very old and have a lot they can share with us. I think they're right. Goldie and I will find out all about the life of the tortoise and what they like to do when we meet one of these special animals on the Galapagos Islands.
