From the very first day God created the human race, God’s deepest desire was to communicate with His children. When Adam and Eve fell into disobedience and lost our chance to live in paradise and close commune with our Father, God never lost the desire to talk with us and to be close to us. I have found that this principal truth is being left out of our teachings. Matter of fact some pastors teach that we no longer have a need to hear the voice of the Lord, being that we have the Bible to guide us and teach us all we need to know about God and His ways and will for our lives. Nothing could be further from the truth; this kind of teaching is contrary to with what the Bible teaches us. God has always wanted to stay in close communication with His children, the Lord wants this kind of relationship with us and, it is a gift he has given to all of us. John 10:27-20 KJV My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
