The day is August 25th 2016. An unknown hacker hacks into the Central Bank of Nigeria and steals $1 billion. That is almost more than three hundred billion Naira if converted to the Nigerian National currency. The Central Bank cannot trace who stole it, where it was transferred to or how the money was stolen. A big puzzle sets in. Another hacker based in Mumbai, India, somehow finds out about the hacking and decides to be an informant of the Nigerian police. He places a call to Inspector Richard Mortal, the man in charge of the financial crimes unit of the Nigerian Police headquarters, Abuja and who was also in charge of the case. He gives Inspector Richard the number of the hacker. The Inspector calls the number but the receiver of the call denies being the bearer of the given name: Nnamdi Smart Ibeto. Later on, the hacker who had given the number to the inspector calls the Inspector again telling him that he could give him more Intel on how to get the hacker of the Central Bank arrested only that the Nigerian government had to first of all pay him Twenty million Naira. After every other option had been exhausted, the government had no other choice but to pay him the money. He gives out the IP address and location coordinates of the man who hacked the Central Bank of Nigeria. Unfortunately, however, the IP address leads to the computer of the current director of British Secret Service (MI6). Confusion sets in. A joint task force of the Nigeria police, Swift Action Response Security (SARS), and a couple of soldiers under the leadership of Inspector Richard Mortal are sent to arrest the hacker at his place in Ile-Ife close to Obafemi Awolowo University where he studies Computer Science. Helicopters and guns were readily available for the arrest of the hacker. In Ile-Ife, a car chase begins all the way to Lagos. But the question is can the police arrest Mr Nnamdi Smart Ibeto, a man on a revenge mission? Can anyone arrest a man whose car is the only one of its kind in the world, a car that is not only bullet-proofed but changes colour every thirty minutes and plate number every forty-five minutes? Can they, the police, with all their ammunitions, arrest a man who has hacked into everything that could be hacked on earth? A young man who not only has enough money but enough connections and secrets? This riveting Thriller features Billionaire Elon Musk, a special solar-powered sports car and two different artificial intelligence machines. Within just one single day of fascinating twist of events, actions, emotions and passion fuses with vision and illusion and the resultant effect was so enormous that by the end of the day August 25th 2016, a lot had happened that the United Nations Organisation declared it "Hackers Day", an international annual holiday. This is a story that leaves the reader asking for more.
