In 1985, the rock music band Guns and Roses was created in Los Angeles, California. They are also referred to as G’N’R. During that time, the band succeeded in selling approximately 150 million albums worldwide. In 1987, debut album of Guns n’ Roses’ was released. It was named as “Appetite for Destruction” which was a key moment in rock history. It turned over the music planet, which had been filled with videogenic synth-pop as well as hair-metal bands for much of the 1980s. From 1985 to 1998, Guns N’ Roses was one of the most admired bands of the world. Albums like Appetite for Destruction kept them at the top of the charts, whilst their heavy drinking along with divisive antics reserved them an enduring spot in the tabloids.
