Great Holiness Classics, Volume II is a collection of Holiness writings covering the time from the first generation of writers in the modern period of Christian history to the first generation of writers in the Holiness Movement. John Wesleys ideas are examined in light of various holiness works of his day which influenced his school of thought. Some of these works are included in excerpts throughout each chapter including works of Thomas à Kempis and William Law. Selected excerpts of Wesleys works are presented including sermons, hymns and other writings. Biographical information about and topical holiness writings of John Fletcher and Francis Asbury complete the volume.
