Ghosted Script

Kit FitzSimons, a talented twenty-six-year-old Hollywood screenwriter, is thrilled when she gets the nod to "ghost write" an adaption of an infamous sixteenth century play authored by Christopher Marlowe, but as soon as she starts working on the script, nasty things start to happen. Mysterious strangers start stalking her; she's falsely accused of plagiarism; and then her working draft is pilfered by an unknown perp. Taking matters into her own hands, Kit goes undercover to identify and confront the spoilers who are plotting to undermine her big chance at success. It is then that she discovers what Christopher Marlowe really had in mind when he wrote his play—and why he was murdered by secret agents of the Star Chamber in retaliation for doing so.
