With well over 30 years involvement in gardening I hope to share some information with others who have the same love and passion for gardening. I do refer to the old oak tree in the book, this is a real tree that for whatever reasons everything put under its vast canopy thrives and grows well.

This book offers proven, efficient, easy to comprehend, step by step instruction with color pictures.  It is written so simple that anyone can pick this book up, and learn to clone from cuttings by following the instructions on any of the ten plants covered. All of the practices in this book are transferable to many other plants not covered in the book.  This book will also show you how to use an inexpensive but very effective homemade cloner.  I hope this book will inspire you with the confidence to try and learn to grow plants you have never tried before.

This book will cover the following plants by either the cloning of cuttings or propagation by seed, and some by both methods: Althea; Cannas; Citrus; Figs; Mango; Pineapple; Spearmint; Tomatoes; Texas Mountain Laurel; and Vitex.

Now let’s get started on expanding your garden and learning simple and straight forward techniques with no frills.
