FSpace Roleplaying The F-Files introduction

This is an information module providing more of a history of the Earth based alien conspiracies and some of their true origins in context of the FSpace Roleplaying universe. It is useful background information for the history of the modern era of FSpaceRPG. But it is also a great primer for running games in the past of FSpaceRPG, whether 20th or 21st century Earth (or maybe earlier).
