Five young girls have been kidnapped and the only way to secure their release is to turn a file with D.E.A. intelligence over to the kidnappers. Carter must first neutralize a D.E.A. mole inside a Mexican drug operation.

The action takes place at a swingers' resort just south of Cancun. Can Carter introduce the local D.E.A. agents to the joys of husband-swapping and bi-sexual hijinks? What role will drug lord's four bikini-clad (and bikini-unclad) assistants play?

The decision is made to make the exchange during the resort’s weekly foam party when the pool will be covered by an impenetrable layer of opaque bubble bath bubbles. When the suspected mole cannot be moved out of position, she is tied to a deck chair with her bikini top, bottom and other strings. Rings of pineapple are placed around her nipples. Other fruits drip juice through her pubic hair and into her sex. Carter dives below the foam. The mole begs to go into the pool, but another assistant merely rotates the pineapple. The mole starts to squirm but an insistent tongue licking at the trickling juices interferes with her attempts to escape.

Will Carter and company successfully exchange the intelligence right under the noses of the D.E.A.? Or will Carter be caught and spend the rest of his days in a Mexican (or worse, American) jail?
