Dan has a secret.
A fetish.
It’s a secret that he never wanted to become public, but outside influences have conspired against him. Reviled by friends and family, Dan hides himself away, becoming a recluse, a prisoner to his shame.
Freedom is found in the form of submission, fear and shame replaced by humility and devotion.
His body worn and mind exhausted, retirement comes early to most dancers, but still in his prime, servitude and obedience allow Dan to take a well-deserved break from his life.
Riddled with self-doubt, Dan is finally able to come to terms with his needs. A new-found confidence is born out of unconditional acceptance, a novel experience in the judgmental world of Ballet which has consumed Dan for more than three decades.
