This sisterhood is for "Healing Hurting Women". Women who have experienced unutterable hurt from the loss of a child, suffering from loneliness, fear, depression, loss of spouse (divorce or death), or anxiety. We believe in having good clean Christian fun while assisting one another in the healing process. We congregate to express our feelings, but there is no pressure to speak. You will be allowed to share your story when you are comfortable and prepared. We share so we can all learn from first hand experience. We share prayers, poems, recipes and we often journal to capture our true feelings in a form of catharsis and book writing, assisting us in identifying with the experiences, especially sorrowful ones. One will never understand how strong they are if there are no trials. Trials cause us to analyze and take a look at ourselves to see what we need to do to get to the next step in our lives. We work together to break down the walls that we have built to keep sadness out, because it is also those very walls that keep joy from getting in. We're learning to LIVE again.
