Fat Chance Goes Hollywood

Francis ‘Fat’ Chance, charming yet obese son of theatrical parents, has become a precedent-setting attorney in Durham, NC. Having created a powerful law firm—plus a few enemies along the way—Fat is considered a ‘star’ defender in court battles with the local justice system. Despite heavy workloads, Fat chooses personal relief when he meets bewitching Lauren BeCall, who is producing a high-tech murder mystery film at studios in Wilmington, NC and seeks Fat’s critical experience. Once he visits the studios, he is quickly overwhelmed by an introduction to Brandi Wyne, the film’s young, luscious ingénue. Brandi easily persuades Fat to ‘go Hollywood’ with her.

Totally enthralled by Brandi, Fat plans to add Brandi to his list of brief indiscretions, but before that can be accomplished, the young starlet disappears—presumed murdered—leaving evidence to suggest that Fat may be the guilty party.

In order to prove his innocence, Fat must find the basis for truth in that disturbing, complex mystery… at the same time he and his legal crew are heavily engaged in defending a Duke Doctor accused of murdering her Duke Coach husband. Before you know it, the game is on!
