Eyes of a Wisp

Aislinn had always felt out of place; she could be klutzy and scattered and her use of sarcasm was way over the top, but it was her strange ability to sense people's thoughts that made people steer clear. There was no one in her life she could openly talk to about her unnatural ability and, resigned to the fact that she would never fit in, she dropped out of college and became a successful real estate agent -- reading thought's turned out to be helpful in the selling business.

On what should have been a typical day running errands, however, Aislinn runs into a supernatural Wisp called Jaryn. He saves her life from supernatural beings and upends her world, dragging her into a foreign one full of magic, mystics and evil. More incredibly, the Wisp organization that he works for, recruited her to save the world from an evil witch hell bent on cleansing the world. What could she – a human with zero magical abilities and a sketchy past -- accomplish against a witch with insurmountable dark magic?
