This concise e-book was written after we asked many questions to hundreds of Thai girls working in the bars and entertainment spots of Bangkok and Pattaya, as well as numerous regular Thai women who simply thought it might be a nice idea to have a foreign boyfriend. We also talked to many tourists from different countries around the world, concentrating on men who primarily travelled to the ‘Land of Smiles’ in order to meet Thai girls.
This is the resulting guide we compiled and it contains what we consider to be the most important words and phrases required for conversation between new Thai and farang (Western) ‘sweethearts.’ It is written in an extremely user-friendly format that begins with taking the new couple through that first meeting, then onto those first shy moments alone in the room, eating and drinking together, simple conversation and ~ of course ~ sex.
There are also useful chapters on time, numbers and colors; in fact, all the phrases necessary to ensure a happy, enjoyable and trouble-free time together for couples who cannot speak the same language.
Whilst putting the book together we tried hard to keep the contents as concise as possible, for fear of making it too complicated for practical use. We thought this brevity vital as the guide is primarily designed to be downloaded onto a mobile telephone and used in a bar, a restaurant, a bedroom; in fact, just about anywhere couples go together.
Unlike most phrase books, for the reader who is really hopeless at languages, each phrase is arranged in English, Thai and the phonetic of both. This means that if you are unsure of the pronunciation, or too shy or just too lazy to attempt the required phrase, you can simply point at it on the screen of your telephone in order to communicate the meaning to your partner without saying a word! What could be easier?
