My journey has taken me from being an ex-professional baseball player, to leading the efforts for the Atlanta Olympic Games, to working and consulting with and for some of the largest companies in the world, to building and running a small information technology (IT) business. I’ve submitted more than 5000 resumes and taken 300 interviews. Also, I have given over 200 interviews and have hired over 150 people in my career. I am a practitioner; I am NOT a recruiter, a headhunter or Human Resource (HR). I am a hiring manager working for a global fortune 100 company.
