Deuce and Josiah are enjoying each other's company.

Deuce desperately needs to relax. He's been on the edge of a cliff; bruises have appeared on his body, without explanation. He's sometimes out of breath, even when he's holding a simple conversation. His heart aches, nightmares have been tearing him apart...and Machina, his crew partner, is blissfully oblivious. The only ones that know about his problems are Josiah and Linden. Its tempting to spill the beans to Nion, but then asking him to keep secrets would be cruel. Upsetting.
