This book is not a medical report. I am not a doctor, medical or otherwise. I am a cancer survivor (touch wood, cross fingers, utter prayer that my survivor status continues). This book is a report of the things I learned because I had cancer.
The Greeks recognized the three aspects of life: spirit, mind and body. In my observation, all three aspects are involved in creating, having, controlling and being free from cancer, in that order of importance: spirit, mind and body.
When I started this book. I was chronicling the ups and downs of my prostate cancer as shown by my Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test results. I was initially more concerned about the physical, my diet and supplements, than the spiritual. However, I have discovered that the spiritual and mental are vastly more important than the physical. Without the spiritual and mental, none of the physical solutions continued to work for me. The physical solutions seem very simple. It is the mental and spiritual that require discipline.
These are the three steps to health: connect to God for strength, take personal responsibility for your body and your life, then handle the physical.
