I doubt very much if you will ever find any business opportunity as exciting and easy to get into as the cleaning business.
I will show you how; in this short but very informative guide. And my friend, it is only one of a few businesses that I can think of that doesn’t require a large sum of money to start.
Unlike most business upstarts that require substantial investment you can possibly start a cleaning business with zero investment. I did and so can you.
Lets take a look at the some of the headaches you would encounter and make a few observations if it were any other type of business you were exploring; you don’t need a brick and mortar store or office, you don’t need any help to start with, you don’t need any costly inventory, you don’t need a cash register, or refrigeration, or warehouse and you won’t need other costly items that so many other businesses would require before they open the doors to greet their first customers.
Opportunities in small towns and in large cities for janitorial/building maintenance businesses, including small office, house and apartment cleaning are endless, these types of businesses flourish everywhere there are people.
Now see if you can guess what all of these people and places have in common? That’s right; if you have guessed the answer; if you have not; the answer is; “the one thing that they are certain all to have in common is that they all get dirty”; and they get dirty on a regular basis. That’s where you come in.
It’s only natural that people want clean homes and apartments and employees demand and want clean working places. The owners, or managers and bosses know that they must provide a clean safe working environment for their employees. Employers are certainly aware and understand that failure to provide a clean working place leads to low moral and very poor production and also opens the possibility of legal problems. So there is no question about it; you can say with authority that you and the cleaning services you provide are absolutely wanted and needed. The potential that exists is enormous and is limited only by an individual’s desire and imagination. It is not very difficult to get and employ help, especially on a part-time basis or whenever you would have a need too.
The cleaning business is great and recession proof; you can make a lot of money without the usual large investments that most other businesses require. However, like all businesses, it does require that you to have PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE and the “I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL ATTITUDE”.
I know you will be successful
Best of Luck
