In verses 20-21 of Ephesians chapter 4, Paul stresses that we need to learn the truth, which is found in Jesus. Lastly, in verses 22-24, we saw that we are to take off the old man and to put on the new man, determinedly and purposefully. As long as we live in this fallen world, under the pressures of Satan and his demon horde, we must continue to feed our minds spiritual food, “for God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.”--2 Corinthians 4:6
