Ive made many mistakes on my way to finding a loving relationship. After being disappointed over and over again, I began to pursue God. I never thought that God would desire a relationship with someone such as me. My past is a mess. What would God want with me? That is the conversation that too many of us entertain. Thoughts of that nature are not of God. God found me, nurtured me, loved me, and taught me how to love myself. God also showed me how my past, as terrible as it may have been, was not lived in vain. God wants me to take my past situations, circumstances, hurts, pains, problems, and messes and become transparent. I know that there is someone experiencing the same pains that almost killed me, and they may be wondering how they will get through. After choosing life, I did, and therefore, you can too.
