Fast and funny. This is a very light, quick read you will enjoy. Doc Moss has been kidnapped! On the way to rescue him, our crew of daring chickens will battle fire-breathing dragons, giant worms, and someone will lose a bag of peanuts. Feel the passion as... a weasel gets drunk! And tremble with excitement as... a small animal gets trapped in the pilot's helmet! Be swept in the romance as... Poxner falls down a lot! Again.
Along the way they will meet a mouse, help a tribe of cute two-toed birds save their dying planet, and Poxner falls down a great big hole. Magic swords, a high-powered fuel source for spaceships, a desperate high-speed chase, and lots of explosions will be involved. Make sure to make whooshing sounds with your mouth as you read. Oh, and did we mention Poxner falls down a lot?

I wrote this story mostly because I miss Sir Terry Pratchett, and all the wit and laughter he shared with us while he was alive Also, Robert Asprin's military comedy series played no small part in influencing this tale. Dave Barry's nonfiction books also have my deep appreciation. And Neil Gaiman, just because he's a humor-fiction rock star. If you feel the same, dear reader, even in part-- I offer you this book.
Make sure to also check out CHICKENS: A Space Adventure, as well as check in for my other upcoming titles.
