Yes. You are what you believe. It is our belief system where we are as individual or as a Nation. Every individual have both negative & positive beliefs. It is the degree and predominance of thoughts which is vital for one's success, confidence, happiness, health or vice versa that is failure, fear, unhappiness as well as unhealthy.
Your total personality that how you express yourself while talking, walking, your mood, your health all are culmination of your thoughts, your beliefs.
Of course these thoughts cannot fully negative or fully positive as I have stated. It is not black & white, but it is the dominance of our thoughts which influences our destiny.
Each and every individual (barring who are mentally incapacitated or otherwise) have infinite capability to achieve whatever they expect, only limitation is their beliefs.
Limiting thoughts are the biggest obstacle in the path to success,happiness and Health.
But this limiting thoughts can be eliminated which has become part of our belief with systematic methods and a desire to excel and overcome one's limitation.
I have tried my best to avoid any big-bang words & phrases and make it as realistic as possible to adapt and incorporate the methods described in daily life for effective change in your thinking process, which is becoming obstacle for health, happiness and success. Your mind is your friend and your enemy at the same time. It can sail north and it can south depending upon which side the sail is set. You will be the master of your mind.
But these change cannot come overnight, but the changes you can notice as little as one month. Given that you apply the methods and incorporate them in your daily life.
I understand and fully agree that you cannot adapt and apply all the methods in entirety, but you will still be benefited to the extent you are able to apply the methods.
